Initial Consultation
Assessment
Analysis
This introductory appointment provides an opportunity for us to get to know you. During this time, we gather essential information regarding your medical and family history. We also discuss your strengths, interests, and primary areas of concern to guide the assessment process.
Goal Setting
To understand your unique profile, our speech-language pathologists utilize a combination of clinical observations, standardized assessments, informal measures, as well as self and/or caregiver reports.
Following the assessment, the speech-language pathologist will analyze the results to identify your strengths and needs, highlighting specific communication areas that require targeted support. This information is used to develop a tailored intervention plan.
Together, we review the assessment results and recommendations, ensuring you have ample opportunity to ask questions. From there, we develop a customized intervention plan by setting specific therapy goals and determining the optimal frequency and duration of your sessions.
Intervention Plan
The intervention plan is implemented. Together, we continuously evaluate and adapt the therapy goals to support your ongoing progress and success.
